Drug Testing Consortium

We provide organizations with the necessary tools and support to comply with U.S. Coast Guard regulations that require enrollment of safety sensitive personnel in a Chemical Testing Program (46 CFR Parts 4, 5 and 16).

Drug & Alcohol Testing Programs

We develop Drug & Alcohol testing programs to meet all Department of Transportation testing modes and can tailor a program in accordance with your organization’s internal chemical testing policies.

Our random selection database has been the subject of annual USCG audits and numerous USCG ALJ decisions, which have found our program to be in compliance with applicable regulations.

Training Seminars

Our training seminars are taught by experienced labor and employment attorneys and are designed to enhance safe working practices. Our courses comply with Department of Transportation, U.S. Coast Guard and/or state agency requirements.

Administrative and Legal Support

We have a team of administrators and lawyers who are available to provide your company with administrative and legal support, particularly during U.S. Coast Guard audits, investigations and administrative proceedings following serious marine incidents in U.S. waters. This service is included in the annual membership fee.

Updates on U.S. Coast Guard Regulations

Members will be provided with an analysis and interpretative guidelines on U.S. Coast Guard and international maritime regulations via our monthly e-bulletin.
